Store Policies

Accepted methods of payment:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. 

Shipping Time:  Packages go out same day or next business day after receipt of  payment!    For UPS customers, your tracking number will be sent to you so you can see where your package is in transit and when to expect it.    Most merchandise ships from the West coast - so depending on your location, shipping time can vary from 2 - 5 business days.   At times we ship from the manufacturers warehouse which may be on the East coast.  Please call if you need your package by a certain date and we can tell you exactly when it will arrive.

Shipping Methods:  Currently we are using UPS Ground for those in the continental US, and USPS parcel post for those in US, non continental states or territories.  In certain circumstances items may be shipped from the manufacturer via Fedex and you will be notified of this. 

Shipping to Hawaii:  We currently do not automatically ship to Hawaii off the website.  However, we are willing to take phone orders to Hawaii.  This is due to extended shipping times to Hawaii via Parcel Post as well as increasing shipping costs.   Cost to ship to Hawaii ranges from $25 - $45 via priority mail or UPS.  Please email us with your zip code and interested item so we can give you a quote.   We are willing to ship parcel post at a lower cost upon agreement, knowing that shipping times can take several weeks.

Damaged Shipments:  Damaged shipments from handling need to be claimed with the frieght carrier (UPS or USPS).  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this and keep all of the packaging.  If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left,  keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to come and inspect.  We will work with you on this issue to make sure it is resolved!   Please let us know so we can help get your product replaced ASAP! 

 Manufacturers Defects   If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect or damage, email our Customer Service department for instructions at kidsbalancebikes@yahoo.com  or use our contact form here.    Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.

Return Merchandise Policy:  Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.  You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds.   You must email the refund request to kidsbalancebikes@yahoo.com (with RETURN) in the subject field at which time the return information will be provided. 

Returns must be in original packaging and in new condition for a full refund.  Partial refunds may be available for products that are used within the 30 day period.  Please call us to discuss.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if there was no error on our part with the product received. We will be happy to send you a shipping label via email and deduct this from your refund.

If you receive the wrong products, please keep the packaging and any other information that came with it and email kidsbalancebikes@yahoo.com  for further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  You are responsible for freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
