These quality bikes are great for kids ages 2 1/2 up to 5 yrs with an inseam starting around 12.5". Additional XL post w/seat available in drop down above to bring seat height up to 18 inches off ground (out of stock until end of May 2012). Stardard seat goes up to 16.5" off the ground.  Pegs are now easily removeable or turn in place if needed for beginners!
