Strider Brake Kit (older version UV model)

Use this brake kit if you have the strider model with a serial number starting with UV. The NEW strider brake kit will be available early October. You can not use the new brake kit on the older model bike. The change in models occured early summer 2010. The Strider brake is an accessory attachment to the bike for more experienced or older riders. It is more of a fun feature than a safety feature and allows kids to skid to a stop. Most beginner and intermediate riders will continue to use their feet for stopping and this is normal and intuitive. The brake is to add alittle more fun once a child gets the hang of balancing and gliding!
