Can be legally ridden on sidewalks with out pedals installed. Once Balance is Mastered pedals can be added with just 1 Screw and a chain master link. Once pedals are added the patented slow speed balance geometry translates into an easy to ride lightweight , maneuverable bike. Bike rack and basket can be added for luggage
